Priced on what it costs to run
One thing is metered: reading a meeting. Not requirements, not seats, not documents — because reading a meeting is the only part that spends anything. Everything you build out of it is yours to keep and export on every plan.

Questions worth asking
- What counts as a meeting ingest?
- One reading of one source: adding a meeting, or re-reading one whose transcript you have corrected. It is the only thing metered because it is the only thing that costs real money to run — an ingest extracts the whole project picture and then reconciles it against everything the project already knows. Editing requirements, generating stories, criteria, test cases or documents, exporting, and everything else in the workspace are unmetered.
- What happens when I run out?
- Nothing you have already done is affected. The project stays open, editable and exportable — you simply cannot add new material until the first of the month, or until you upgrade.
- Why is Free capped at 75 requirements?
- It is a backstop against one runaway project, not the real limit — three ingests a month is what most people meet first. A project that reaches 75 confirmed requirements keeps everything it has; it just stops taking new ingests.
- Can I see requirements reconcile across meetings on the free plan?
- Yes, and that is the point of three ingests rather than one. Reconciliation — the same requirement raised twice becoming one requirement with two sources, and a changed one flagging what downstream needs another look — only shows itself from the second meeting onward.
- If I stop paying, do I lose my projects?
- No. Nothing is deleted. Projects over the free limit become read-only and exportable rather than disappearing, and you can take everything with you from your account page at any time as one JSON file.
