Turn your meeting transcript into a complete BRD
Stop staring at a blank page after every requirements workshop. Paste the transcript and get a professionally structured Business Requirements Document you can edit and share.
What you paste is sent to the AI model to produce your output and for nothing else. It is never used to train a model. Without an account it is held for seven days so you can claim it into a project, then deleted automatically. Read the privacy policy.
How it works
Paste your transcript
Drop in Teams or Zoom captions, an Otter export, or your own notes. Upload a PDF or Word file, or paste the text.
The AI reads the meeting
It extracts objectives, stakeholders, scope, requirements, risks, and assumptions — grounded only in what was actually said.
Get a stakeholder-ready BRD
A complete 16-section document with MoSCoW-prioritised requirements. Edit, export to Word, or save it into a project.
Questions
- What is in the BRD it produces?
- Sixteen sections, in the order a reviewer expects to meet them: executive summary, business objectives, background, stakeholders, scope and out-of-scope, current and proposed process, functional and non-functional requirements, data and integrations, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, and open questions. Requirements are numbered and MoSCoW-prioritised, so you can point at REQ-014 in a review instead of describing it.
- How good does my transcript need to be?
- Rough is fine. Raw Teams or Zoom captions with no punctuation, an Otter export with the speakers half-labelled, or your own shorthand notes all work. What it cannot do is invent a meeting that did not happen — the more the discussion actually settled, the more the document can state rather than flag.
- Will it make things up to fill the gaps?
- No. Anything the meeting did not settle is written into the open questions section as a question, not smoothed over into a decision. That is deliberate: a BRD that quietly invents a scope boundary is more expensive to fix than one that admits the boundary was never agreed, because nobody knows to check it.
- Can I edit it, and what can I export?
- Every section is editable in the browser before you take it anywhere. Export to Word for circulation, or save it into a project — where the requirements become tracked items that user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases attach to.
- What happens to the transcript I paste in?
- It is sent to the AI model to produce your document and for nothing else. Your content is not used to train any model, by us or by the providers under the commercial terms they are used through. Without an account, what you generate is held for seven days so you can claim it into a project, then deleted automatically. With a project, it stays until you delete it — and deleting removes it permanently, with no backup it can be restored from.
- Is it free, and do I need an account?
- Free, with no account. You only sign up if you want to keep the BRD in a project so the requirements stay connected to whatever you generate from them next.
